Did Not Work
I couldn’t even get this to stay in my hair. It was very difficult to use and my hair kept slipping and sliding all over the place. It’s lots cheaper to put my hair in a French braid before bed and wake up to nice waves.

Friends are asking how
I’ve had a step for a while with good results, but I really stepped it up last night. I asked AI, and it said to dry my hair to 85-90%, then apply five pumps of mousse, liquified by rubbing my hands together, from mid length to ends. Higher if I didn't mind curls there, too. I split the difference and started the mousse about 2" from my scalp. I used my flat claw clip to hold the big cushioned rod still, and I applied tension as I French twisted my way down. Then bent the rod at the bottoms to capture the ends, secured with the included scrunchies. And removed the top clip. Slept on it, shook it out a little and added something to smooth it a little. Voila!
