It was lacking
I felt that the conditioner and the shampoo were lacking. It had the consistency and texture of conditioner but was lacking. The fragrance and benefits weren't anything to write home about. I really wanted to love them but it wasn't for me.

Bars were better
I've had great results from Kitsch bars, but this was a disappointment both in what it did not do for my hair plus the additional plastic.This one was slightly better for my husband's hair.

Works
First of all I have shoulder length thick hair. Most of the time I find a product and need to use a TON. I use about a half dollar amount and it's wonderful

Bottle shape
The design of the bottle makes it difficult to squeeze the product out. I have arthritis in my hands so unfortunately I will not be using this product anymore.

Smells nice but not moisturizing
It feels and smells nice when I put it on, but my hair does not feel soft after the shower.

Love it
I have tried tons of shampoos/ condition and this is the best I have used. Leaves no oil behind but makes your hair soft. I have curly hair and its hard to find something that leaves the curls but conditions them at same time and no friz.

Shiny and soft hair!
This conditioner does a great job at making my hair shiny and soft. I’ve really enjoyed using it and I especially love the scent! I wish it lasted longer on the hair cause I love it so much.
