[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so impressed with the KitchenAid Enameled Cast Iron Induction Dutch Oven. First impression was intimidated because the Dutch oven its heavy. The blue color is beautiful and it goes perfect with my kitchen farmhouse decor. I made a stew and the meat was so moist and tender, it was ready in less than 2 hours. I cooked my meal in medium/low heat. The Dutch oven preserve the heat locked inside while cooking and a little heat goes a long way. My food did not lose any juices and cooked evenly. I love cooking with the dutch oven because its not messy while cooking, you cook your meals in low heat and its so easy to clean just a wipe dry and store. I'm having so much fun cooking different meals like stews, soup and meats. We are a family of 6 and you can feed all of us and have leftover for the next day or for lunches there is always so much food for everyone. I'm already telling my mom and sister to get one. This oven makes my cooking easier and my food preserves all the flavors. Meals are now effortless and so delicious.

It's easy to clean and be taken care of. The weight is at the right level for me to handle and it works on my induction stove. I used this pot to make mac salad and it turned out to be everyone's favorite. The size works for my family and I think it's a good size for 2-5 people.
