This boot is so cute! It gives a boot/sneaker vibe which I like.

Lightweight and not heavy or bulky;
Warm with cushion. Purchased my mom and I a pair. Fit appears to be true to size. My mom is mostly a size 9 in shoes and boots so I got this in 9 for her and no complaints. For me, I range between 7.5 and 8. For boots I stick to 8 and this worked for me. Sale price is legit. Maybe getting the cream next!

so comfy and cute!
I took a chance on these because to the price and a few decent reviews-so glad I did! These are so cute and so comfortable! I travel a lot in the winter and need some cute, comfortable waterproof shoes to travel in. These are so perfect. Warm, easy on and off and so comfortable. Also, I wear a size 10 and these make my feet look cuter and more petite-bonus!

I Wanted To Like Them
I wanted to like them so bad. They're super light, comfortable, and nicely made. I understand that they're for snow and they're waterproof, but I wasn't a fan of the fabric. I thought the bottom part was leather, but it was fabric.

WORST SERVICE! Boots never received!!!
I ordered these boots which they attempted to deliver. I received a notification that there was an Issue with my shipment. When I called only to find out that they had returned to boots to the fulfillment center and canceled my order.
Customer service advised me to re-order the boots and that my refund will be returned to my card in 12 days.
The boots are no longer available online and they would issue a credit to re attempt to deliver my boots.
This is worst service I have ever experienced with a retailer.
