I’m 5’1” and weight 112 lbs the size 4 which is a 27” waist fit perfectly! You can stretch with your hands if they are a little snug ! You can’t stretch them just a little bit! I have skinny legs so these pants worked for me! I got them and wore them to my drs appointment, some lady said you looks so pretty ! I paired them with a cream color sweater ! Thanks Nordstrom’s , u made my day ! BTW they are high waisted on me !love them and so comfortable!

I want to thank the other reviewer for noting that the pants are a bit snug on the waist, but nice and stretchy! They are an easy not super high rise pair of pants and an ok length! I’m usually a 25-26 (no butt) and the size 4 fit perfectly despite my initial fear!
