Poor Quality
I traveled with the suitcase only once and it came off of the baggage claim with a giant hole in it. It is flimsy and not durable enough to handel plain travel. Nordstrom refused to refund the item because it was used. Spend the extra money on quality luggage.

Broken Expansion Zipper
Love the look and the pockets on the inside. It rolled around very nicely. Unfortunately, the expansion zipper does not zip, broken after one use :( I wish this was good quality....

Not Durable
This is my second bag. I love the style but, this is the second one that has been severely damaged during my flights. They did replace my first damaged suitcase after it was damaged the first time using it. The replacement was broke on the second time using it. The plastic is not strong enough for the weight and abuse it takes during travel.
