High hopes, highly disappointed
High hopes, dashed! Please don't get this bag. i
I bought it for a trip to Cali because backpacks have been wearing my back out lately. Well, the front zipper popped open during the flight and the clasp that holds the two straps together tore on first use. Super poor quality craftsmanship and stitching. Plus the retractable handle was unstable and wobbly before first use but i wanted to try to use it anyway. Anyhow, I had to fly home with all my stuff in my handy farmers market canvas tote because this bag didn't even make it through a whole outbound flight so I didn't want to take it for trip home. Took an Uber to an out of the way Rack location just to get rid of thIs bag. BEWARE.
