horrible delivery
The delivery company that they use OnTract is the worse, they constantly live my packages in the wrong addresses and this item was one of them, I had complained before, but they keep using them. I want my coat, this is ridiculous. I’m waiting to see what are they going to do about it. I’m so disappointed.

Warm and relatively thick coat. Nice length. Fit in waist and length, but collar sits up at the back. This was a size medium and I am a M/L, so waiting for the large to arrive. Quite slimming. Size up if you have broad shoulders.
