Claudette Lace-Up Sneaker (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are fairly standard daily wear sneakers or walking shoes. They have large bows as lace decorations. They are a charm that is sewed onto piece of metal that the laces just run through. The charm can easily be removed from the laces. The bow itself is a pleather like material. The main issue with it is that they are sewed on by just one thread at the four corners of the attachment, so I can see the bow easily detaching from that thread breaking. The bow decoration just seems low quality in comparison to the sneakers themselves. The sneakers seem well made and are fairly comfortable. The two biggest issues are the lack of tread sort of on the bottom. They definitely seemed a little slippy, especially now in the winter any water on the floor is just something to watch for. The other issue is they seemed to run a little small. Not dramatically, I don't think they are a full half size smaller but they are a bit tight compared to my other shoes in the same size. I can see these being more "dress" sneakers, rather than everyday wear. I just wish the decoration quality matched the sneakers themselves.
