Sleeveless Flounce Hem Crepe Dress

I felt like I was putting on a piece of jewelry when I tried on this dress. That is how striking the color is. It also fit in most places in my usual size 4. The length was longish but fine on my 5’1” body—because of the ruffle. However, the darts st the top are SO-O low. They would have required significant alteration and I wanted this dress for the holidays—to wear with a velvet jacket. Regrettably, I am returning it.

Love the fabric of this dress. Very soft and opaque. Unfortunately for me, the arm holes were a problem and too much of my bra showed. I am only 5'0 tall, so perhaps a taller lady would not have the issue. The length and fit otherwise were great. I would also say that the color is barely periwinkle. A pretty enuf blue, but not much peri for me. Also, it may fit a little, but not much generously so I chose the 4 which worked. I 'm between 4 and 6 sometimes.
