Husband Loves them!
My husband is picky about shoe style and wears a size 13 this XC FLEX Johnston and Murphy boot met his style preferences and their size 13 fits him comfortably. He says they also kept his fit warm during an outdoor event that lasted more than hour. He chose to wear thick thermal socks with them on the same day and said that made the fit pretty snug. My husband usually wears them with dress socks or athletic crew socks and says its a more comfortable fit that way. He really loves them and gives the XC FLEX Johnston and Murphy boots a10 out of 10 all the way around.

One screwup after another.
Idk what is wrong with whomever ships these items, but it’s been one screwup after another. First, shoes came and were 2 different sizes. Returned those and ordered another pair. Second order was canceled by email after about a week for no reason. Now ordered them a 3rd time and hope it works this time.

Terrific quality/price, but poor outcome.
These shoes are really special and great for my feet! I was sad to see a deep scuff on them at check out but had to run to catch a doctors call rather than go back in and get a different pair. I needed to wear them for an interview and feel sad that I am stuck with boots that are so close to stupendous but that have a clearly visible imperfection on them. I didn’t feel right about returning them after wearing them and so feel slighted by the experience. Things would’ve been different had my schedule been more forgiving.
