Wrong item sent
Super disappointed with my purchase. I ordered dark rinse jeans with dark stitching and a 34in inseam just like the picture showed and ended up with ankle jeans with orange stitching. Right now it’s impossible to get a hold of a customer care rep so I’m going to have to walk in to a physical store. Nordstrom Rack is becoming more and more disappointing.

Completely the wrong item
I was so excited to receive these jeans after waiting almost 3 weeks for them to be delivered. I received a completely different pair of jeans. I ordered size 27 long in a straight leg. I received a size 30 fared leg short. This is my last time ordering from the Rack. What a hassle to return these. No shipping label although customer service was very helpful.
