great fit, perfect for the office

Weird fit for an office dress
Weird sizing; I have an hourglass shape and it has extra fabric around the waist. I imagine it either fits like a glove or a potato sack. No in between.
Pretty color and fabric was quality. Includes stretch. Wouldn't recommend.
