I give this review a 5 ⭐. Because I had these ear buds for roughly a year now. And recently I lost them then in the snow for close to a month. They went through rain, snow, cars driving by. And I happen to find them the other day still in the snow. And the still work. So anyone who reads this. I recommend these ear buds

Replaced Three Times, Still Dont Work
I had to have them replaced three different times because after 3-4 months of use, one earbud or both will lose almsot all functionality. They frequently fall out of your ears no matter the size and they will stop working if you bike or run in cold weather. The noise canceling is okay but they're definitely not worth the price, even discounted. Unreliable and poor quality

Great sound/noise cancellation but lacking in fit
I’ve been using JBL tune earbuds that offer strong noise canceling and impressive sound quality, and overall, the audio experience has been very positive. The active noise cancelation does a great job of blocking out background noise, making them ideal for commuting, working, or just enjoying music without distractions. The sound itself is clear, with solid bass and balanced mids and highs, which makes listening enjoyable across different types of content.
However, one major issue I’ve consistently experienced is the fit. Despite trying different ear tip sizes, the earbuds tend to loosen and fall out, especially during movement or extended wear. This can be frustrating, particularly when using them on the go or during more active situations.
Based on my experience, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue and appears to be a common concern with certain JBL earbud models. While the sound and noise cancelation are strong selling points, the overall experience is impacted by the lack of a secure fit.
Overall Rating: 3.5/5
Summary: Great sound and noise cancelation, but the fit and stability need improvement to match the performance.

Horrible shape
Good sound and noise cancelation, but the shape is so bulky, awkward, and heavy that they fall out with the slightest movement. I've tried multiple sizes of silicone tips and none of them can keep them in my ear. I finally lost one of the earbuds for good because it fell out of my ear, and mind you, I was literally not moving at all. What's wrong with the classic earbud shape?
jbl.com response
Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Tune Buds. You can create a tight seal by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on. You may contact our customer support for further assistance.

Meh!
Product sound quality is bad & connection goes in & out while "connected".
jbl.com response
We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Tune Buds. The two earpieces should normally be connected together without issue. However, sometimes wireless interference may cause corruption between the connection of the two earpieces. Please try forgetting your device from the source before pairing it again. Great product, one problem
Tune Buds are excellent. This is a replacement set, as my dog ate my old one (really). However, the rubber buds that go in the ear are too big, which is different from my last set. I am using the smallest set provided but they fall out of my ears quite often. Any suggestions?

I purchased these jbl tune buds around christmas time. The very first and obvious thing was they will not stay in my ears. Tried all the different sized buds. They just dont stay due to terrible design. They sound even worse. I know that sound quality will never be the best with such a small speaker but holy crap these are so tinny sounding its ridicoulous. Id like to shove them up jbl's you know what but since they constantly fell out of the ear one got lost and I dont want them to have just a piece they need the whole thing...
jbl.com response
Thank you for your feedback. For our JBL Tune Buds to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the eartip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal. Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. If the volume still seems to be low, we recommend checking the balance control on your source device in the Accessibility settings. And on the music app that you use, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. You may also check the balance control on the JBL Headphones App. If you need more help, please contact us at https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact
