I give this review a 5 ⭐. Because I had these ear buds for roughly a year now. And recently I lost them then in the snow for close to a month. They went through rain, snow, cars driving by. And I happen to find them the other day still in the snow. And the still work. So anyone who reads this. I recommend these ear buds

Poor quality
They slip out of my ear (even though the buds can be changed to different sizes). So I cannot enjoy the music, constantly having to push it back into my ear.
It says it is water resistant. I went running with it in the rain and now one of the ear buds does not work anymore…

Bought 2 Pair: 1 worked great, 1 needs replacement
One of my earbuds has not worked since I bought. Will not work. I bought another pair at the same time and they work great. Waiting on more information on how to return the one pair which is malfunctioning then will edit my review.

Love the noise cancelling
Bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade from his previous headphones, really good sounds and love the noise cancelling and compatible. He's had it for less than a year and already the right earbud seems to have lost it's normal volume. The left ear bud is louder, which makes going to the gym and listening with the noise cancelling difficult as noise passes through. Very upsetting

As with all in‑ear headphones, our TWS models can be susceptible to a buildup of dust, which may cause low volume in one or both earbuds or lead to balance issues (for example, the right earbud sounding louder than the left). Kinda meh🫤
They sound pretty good. Not great. Pairing with my iPhone can be hit or miss and usually takes a hard reset of the phone and buds. I would not buy them again.

They fall out of the ear very easily.
I've been using them for over a month, but I've noticed they fall out of your ear very easily, you can't do tasks with them in, you can't run, you can't bend down, and if you're thinking of using them at work, don't even try.
