Impractical design
Didn't even last a month. The plastic on top of the turning hinges near ear piece broke.
In what scenario would you need to turn the earpiece 180° away from your ear? Makes for point of weakness in the design.

Good bass/app doesn't support
Decent sound with a good punchy bass. I'm only giving 4 stars because the JBL app does not support these headphones, whereas it does other JBL headphones. Wish I'd known that before I bought them. :/

Overpriced but does it's Job
JBL Tune 760NC are good earphones and have a good and clear sound. The materials are nice and the cushions not too hard. It has ANC, very fast Bluetooth connection, and long lifetime. But it's not supported by the app itself. So if you are a listener who buys this for the custom features like how big the bass is, I don't recommend it, cause you can't control it. But if JBL would update that, I would be very grateful
Overall: good device with clear sound and long battery, but overpriced and it's not supported by the app, which means no customizing.
Recommendation: Buy it only when it's on discount
For JBL: Please make the app support the headphones, it would make the experience much better

Battery Acting weird
After having them for like 6 months the battery started acting funky. The headphones wouldn't charge to 100%. I would leave them plugged in for like 12 hours to charge but they still wouldn't charge. Now that I have had them for like a year and a half the ear cushion thing is starting to come undone. Sony's headphones are much better all around.

We appreciate your feedback. Please try using a different USB cable and USB charger. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. If you need more help, please contact us.

The listener on the right creaks when you're on the move
jbl.com response
Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 760NC. First, forget/unpair the headphones on your device, then perform manual pairing. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. Last is reset, turn the headphones on then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.
