Good fit, comfortable heel.
These boots are as shown - short, comfortable heel, pointed toe, fit my calves snug, but not too tight. They do not fall down my calves. They have a double-stitched seam up the entire front of the boot.
The reason I gave them a 4 is because they shaft is shorter than I expected. They are 2.5 inches below my knee. I guess I was not expecting that. The fit and comfort made me want to keep them, but I think the description should have indicated that they were not knee-high.

Not a true wide width. Cute though
I bought these and was extremely excited about finding a wide boot. However the calf is too wide and the actual foot part is not wide . Ugh must return. Looks well made for the price . Wide feet beware
