A Miss (literally!)
I have the black one and love it! I ordered the Latte and was hoping not to have the same lousy service from Nordstrom Rack on this item. Again disappointed! The Latte purse came in wit NO strap and a sensor was on it as well! Calling the customer NO service line raised my blood pressure! I went to my nearest location to return it. Even though it is a FINAL sale, if a part of the bag is missing AND a sensor is still on it I have to accept it? I had to threaten to dispute it with my credit card! I wasted my time and money again with Nordstrom Rack. What a joke.
