High Impact Lash Line-Up 3-Piece Makeup Gift Set $77 Value

So I've used another brand of mascara I buy at Nordstrom for maybe a decade. Decided to try this Clinique set because it seemed like a good value and I like Clinique as a brand. But I have to say that I did nothing different in my routine other than use the Hi-fi mascara (rounded shiny light green packaging) and I started to lose eyelashes after using just 2 or 3 times. Like very noticeable areas of lashes missing. I immediately stopped and went back to my tried and true brand and eventually those lashes grew back with no issues since (and it's been 6 months) . I can only conclude it was the mascara, which seems odd but that was the only change in my routine. Didn't try any of the other products in the package after that. Using my Clinique body and facial care and lipstick with zero issues.
