Quality backpack, but some major flaws...
1. Why is the depth of the front exterior pocket compartment so narrow??? it's like .5 inch! WHY?
2. Bag volume is wrong? Volume of this pro bag is 21.5 L and its dimension 19 x 12 x 7. The volume of the classic xl bag is much bigger at 26L but the dimensions are mostly smaller 17.5 x 12.5 x 6.5.
3. Why not provide pull cords on the tabs? Afterall, it's the pro series !
4. Why put the keystrap inside the main component? Won't it be easy to grab your keys from the front external compartment? The same component which is too narrow, and you can barely fit your hand in there!!!

Perfect bag!
I have spent years looking for the perfect backpack. I needed a backpack I could use for everything and this was exactly it. I have spent hundreds of dollars buying bags trying to love them and none of them did it for me. From the first time I used this back pack, I knew it was perfect. It’s spacious, comfortable, big but not bulky. Can get wet/dirty and you can just wipe it clean! I use it for work, for travel, for the boat, for the beach!
Overall great bag!
