Cute with a few quirks
First of all, "black tie-dye" is *definitely* not black. It's a deep blue, I would hesitate to call it navy because it's not quite that dark. Also, this skirt is clearly made for tall people, I have to pull it up just under my boobs for it not to trip me, so no tucking in shirts like in the model photos. Overall though, very cute and flattering, I'm sure I'll be wearing it all summer
