Madylyn Slingback Sandal (Women)

I love 'em! Too bad Nordstrom couldn't provide them in white! The fit is perfect for my feet. I learned to only buy shoes with rounded or squared toes and this sandal fits that perfectly. The size is accurate. I wear a 9 and this 9 did not disappoint me. I also like the block heel. In my late 40s now and I learned the super high stilettos and pointy toes are not healthy for your feet. I have plenty elderly friends and they warn me of the consequences. This sandal is casual enough to wear on the weekend but still office-appropriate. It's a keeper!

I really wanted this shoe style to be a workable choice. The woven styling is dressy and attractive. My usual size is either medium or narrow, but this shoe is like a slim size (or 4 A). The sheer weight of the sandals would have made walking an aerobic exercise, in itself. The heel is just high enough to make standing or walking uncomfortable and a balancing act. These shoes might be perfect for someone with exceedingly narrow feet, a high arch, and no back issues...but they did not work for me.
