MO @ Canal Has poor customer service skills
Don't buy this version of Tumi this one failed to function properly. The handle disconnected on my first use. I had to opening the lining to screw the handle back together while on a trip. It was first time I used it. Nordstrom Rack on Canal doesn't care about customer service. I would not buy this Tumi case so you don't have to deal with trying to return it.

Not a full featured Tumi bag
This is a very stripped down version of a Tumi bag. Single versus double wheels. Missing features of similar bags. It is not a full Tumi but one made for discounted resale

Not a Carry-On
While this may be a great piece of luggage, it is most certainly not permitted to be carry on luggage for storage in the main cabin of an airplane? Why? Because the FAA dictates that luggage must be no larger than 45 linear inches: this bag is 58 linear inches in its smallest form by comparison. Come on Nordstrom and Tumi, this is false advertising.

Not the same quality
I bought this for a single trip and the handle broke right away, with the side tag lost in transit. Even though it came directly from a Tumi store, I was told I’d need to send it in for repair and that my postage would be fully reimbursed. Instead, Tumi only covered 60% of the cost—despite promising otherwise. I used to rate Tumi highly, having had excellent products and service in the past. Unfortunately, both quality and customer care have clearly slipped. Be aware before purchasing—you may want to look elsewhere. I would not recommend

Best carry-on EVER
I have this bag! I’ve had it for 15 years and it’s been ALL over the world! It is the BEST carry on EVER! I carry on wherever I go and sometimes expand this bag to check on my return flight! Love Love Love this bag!
