Mismatched Melissa
I absolutely love Frye Boots and have more than a few pairs, so this aches my heart to write this review. I have no complaints about the fit. Unfortunately, I opened the box and while one boot was in pristine condition, the other boot looked as if it had been through some type of trauma. The best description would be if one boot had been on display during peak holiday season while the other sat untouched in the stockroom. I would not complain if both boots had the "distressed" look, but I cannot walk around with one boot looking "fab" while the other looks absolutely "drab." I am utterly disappointed. Can this be considered as damaged? Can I exchange for a different pair--same size, same style? I cannot imagine that every pair is like this.

Disappointed in quality
I loved my black boots until when I went to wear them one morning and I tried putting them on. The inside of one of them bent down on my Achilles tendon. I could not get it to straighten out. It was so uncomfortable that I could not wear them. I’m very disappointed in this. I’ve only worn them a handful of times and to have this happen. Sad! This will be my last pair of these boots. brand I purchase.

Umm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boots are stiffer than every other Frye I’ve bought (I have at least 5). And, they used two different leather sheets(?) on each boot. One is softer and one is harder. After a few uses you can see how different each shoe is handling wear and it doesn’t look good - they are also slightly different colors. The top is also way narrow and I have small to normal sized calves (shoe size is 7.5)

Beautiful
As always, Frye delivers a great quality and comfortable boot. I absolutely ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ them. Casual with skinny jeans but pretty enough for dressing them up to go out to dinner. LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️
