I normally wear an XS in Free People. I ordered XS and S and ended up returning the XS. I love the open back, but will probably wear a bandeau top underneath.

Love it. I bought the blue. I am 140 34c . The medium fit roomy and comfy. I think I can wear a bra and just tie the straps around the bra and it will be fine. The blouse is so pretty.
