Not true to size
The shoe ran small, I ware a size 9 comfortable with room, and ordered a size 9.5 and it was too small. Material was of poor quality.

really uncomfortable
This shoe has great reviews so I decided to try it. What a disappointment! I have a medium to wide foot and typically feel best in a medium (M) or wide (W) width shoe. Purchased my usual size 7 in W. I need a comfy work shoe as I work 10 to 12 hour shifts on my feet. This shoe didn't even make it a half day before I had to take it off. My poor feet were screaming for mercy. It's unfortunate since the shoe looks good and was what I was looking for as far as style goes.

My favorite shoes
I’ve been a Franco Sarto fan and wearer for a long long time. The shoe is always snug for the first couple of hours but then is super supportive and comfortable. I’m on my feet a lot at work and love these shoes. This is probably my third black pair and I regularly wear a black patent leather pair. Great with skirts dresses or jeans.
Just hope Nordstrom’s doesn’t stop selling them and Franco Sarto keeps selling the wide sizes.

FINALLY!!! Foot shaped shoes!!!
I ordered an 8.5 medium and wide and as a small boned 5'6" 120 body think it's ridiculous to order wide shoes just for toe space and bet that the ankle and heel will fall off. the wide fell off but the medium was perfect. Even with a 4 inch wide ball of my foot. Finally plenty of toe space, wide enough toe box, tall enough tow box and I got the beautiful midnight blue leather. Completely flexible sole. cushioned insole. win win win. Feel like Cinderella... Finally after trying on hundreds of shoes this year: A FIT~~ BUT if you truly ARE a wide, the medium and wide were the exactly same cut in the toe, but more generous in the arch and heel. Happy hunting.
