This is my second pair and that says a lot. I have multiple problems with my feet and have 3 or 4 pairs of professionally custom made orthotics. I switch around depending on the shoe and how much I’ll be walking. These are in my rotation!!

Functioning and Versatile!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These insoles are life savers and have been doing EXACTLY what I need them to. I recently bought a pair of Doc Martens and wear them all the time. My feet have cramped up and been achy but I love wearing these shoes. These insoles have a great arch support and are structured so they actually help my foot issues. They don't have anything in the toe area which works for me because usually insoles don't allow enough room for my toes and end up causing another issues. Since I bought them, I can wear them in other shoes that cause me similar pain. The site doesn't do a good job of explaining size, but I bought them in store and they only have three sizes. 6-6.5, 7-8.5, & 9-10.5. I bought the middle one as I wear and 8 and they fit perfect in my shoes.
