Greenland Pocket Crossbody Bag

I have a mini Kanken which I carry everywhere but needed something smaller to take in to doctor appointments or a quick run to the grocery store. I saw this bag in a local shop and grabbed it. I love how sturdy my Kanken bag is so I knew this one would be a solid choice. Pros: it's a sturdy, high quality bag and I love the Dusk color. It has a lot of pockets and the strap is adjustable. The only 'con' I can think of is you can't fit too much in it. There is no way a small tablet is going in this bag and I believe that's because the material is stiff. I can get my cellphone, slim profile wallet, chapstick, pen, keys and small notepad and my glasses in it. That's it. I think my issue is not that it's doesn't fit much but that it's very stiff. Hopefully it will get more pliable with use.

I've been using this bag for a few months now. I love the understated shape, and the Storm color looks nice and goes with everything. As someone who's used to leather bags, I love how lightweight this one is. It has enough pockets to keep my keys from scratching my phone etc, which I appreciate. It's the perfect size to hold phone/keys/wallet/earbuds and a few other everyday essentials. I can even fit my sunglasses case or Kindle in there. I wish the snap was magnetized to make it easier to close. Since it's not, I end up leaving it open and just using the zipper most of the time, which is fine but doesn't look great. My biggest complaint, though, is the vertical format makes it difficult to take advantage of all the space. I basically have to take everything out to squeeze my hand in to retrieve something from the bottom of the purse, which is annoying. If the purse were the same size and shape, but horizontal instead of vertical, I think it would be perfect.

So I sometimes hate carrying my purse with me or even my Kånken when I’m just running into the store or going to dinner. And I don’t really feel like just carrying my wallet, don’t need to be losing that thing. So this is perfect for a quick run in or even walking my dog, and perfect for traveling. I bought the forest camo and I absolutely love it!
