I hated it, and if I hadn’t traveled with it for a solid week, I would have returned it. I carried an iPad Pro, 12 inch, and small notebook and the mere weight of that was too much to bear. The shoulder straps need to be cushioned or the weight of things compels the strap to wear into shoulders. It was uncomfortable.
