Run small
I ordered a size 10, too small, very hard upper around the top edge and it’s hitting my ankle bone. The heel and the look is nice. Then I ordered size 11, way too big, now it will cost me $20 to return them both, they should’ve indicated that these shoes run small. Won’t be ordering from this company again because of the return shipping prices.

Runs WAY large
I wear a size 9. I had ordered previously from another store in a size 9 and they were too big. I returned and ordered again - this time in a size 8.5 and from Nordstrom Rack as the price was better. Still too big. The length was fine but the back part of the shoe around the achilles heel was WAY big and that part of my foot would not stay in the shoe. It kept slipping out. Other than that, I REALLY love the shoe. It's pretty and felt great except for that. I have NEVER had this problem with any other shoe. Unfortunately I had to pay shipping to return my order. That was extremely disappointing.

I Actually Like These
This is a really cute and comfortable shoe. I am very sensitive to heavy shoes and these shoes are not heavy to me. I work in Washington DC, so I need a walk-able shoe that is not ugly and acceptable to wear with a suit. These are it. I will look for these in another color too.
