The Eileen Fisher Crepe Slim Ankle Pants in Midnight are comfortable, attractive, easy care, go anywhere, every day staple. I am 5'9" and about 150. Size small fits as expected in this brand. The length is perfect for spring. They are truly ankle length on me. I am particularly happy because Nordstrom Rack offered an excellent price and I was able to grab the Eileen Fisher long straight unltrafine merino wool sweater in midnight to coordinate. The quality and prices make these a steal. Combined with the EF silk shells in various colors I can dress in a blink while looking good all day long.... with no ironing and no dry cleaning bills.

Just don't buy. Not worth the suffering.
I thought the Stretch Crepe Slim Ankle Pants would meet my expectations. Sadly, these pants disappointed me, and burst my bubble. The label lists the materials as follows: 70% viscose, 24% nylon, and 6 % spandex. All these materials are known to be soft, lightweight and very gentle on the skin. The Stretch Crepe Slim Ankle Pants are in no way soft or gentle on the skin. They were incredibly itchy. If any article of clothing is not soft or gentle on the skin, it's an automatic return. I'd rate these pants with no stars, but the option is not provided.

At first, these didn't look like great pants and the fabric seemed a bit scratchy. But, I gave them a try anyway. They are cut well, are very comfortable, and have an excellent fit,, so I kept them and love them.

Eileen Fisher stretch crepe ankle pants
Eileen fisher crepe slim pants are very stretchy and nice looking. Tight in the waist for me and had them altered. Apple body. Took a medium. Length was good. Hit at my ankle. 5’6”. I’m not a big fan of this material even though I love the stretch. It doesn’t look great after a few washings on gentle cold no dryer air dry. I do have a jacket in that same fabric so I bought the pants to match. They are cool for warmer climates.

Disappointed
Disappointed in the material, it is flimsy and not substantial. I expected better from Eileen Fisher. The pants feels and looks like something purchased at the $1 store. Will not purchase this label again!
