'New Jersey' Slip-On

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Nordstrom Rack. I ordered a NEW pair of shoes and received what was clearly a USED pair instead. The shoe showed wear with clarence tag on it , the condition was unacceptable, and there is no way these shoes should have been sold as new merchandise. What shocked me even more was how poorly customer service handled the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted dismissive and made it feel like the problem was somehow mine. No real apology, no urgency, and no effort to correct a mistake that never should have happened in the first place. This is not a small issue — selling used merchandise as new is deceptive and completely destroys customer trust. Customers pay full price expecting unused products, not someone else’s returned or worn shoes. Nordstrom Rack seriously needs to improve its quality control and customer service standards. After this experience, I will think twice before ordering from them again.

We splurged on these Ecco's a few years ago and my husband will never go back. He says that they are extremely comfortable and he wears them daily to work. He has both the black and brown color. They last him a few years with daily wear and are well worth the money. The leather holds up really well. He wears a men's 10M and is a size 42 in Ecco.

Everyone should have this jacket. I’m 5’1, 118 pounds, 34B cup . The sleeves are a little think and it runs a little bigger but you can wear this jacket all through the fall, spring and colder summer nights. You can dress it up or down.

Love the mix of denim with the bandanna style sleeves! Large fits great (Usually large/xl) It’s not too stiff and feels nice

This is a nice-looking shoe but for some reason ran large. I have a bunch of other ECCOs so I thought my normal size would work.
