Runs large
This pump runs about half size too large. I am normally a size 4.5 and I ordered a 4 but this fit more like a 5. The upper is not leather and looks very fake and cheap. I like the heel height as it is comfortable and there is a lot of cushion inside so I could probably where this all day. Just wish it was the right sizing.

cheap quality and bad sizing
Half inch longer than my usual size. The sole was coming off with the first ware.

Comfy and attractive!
Grabbed these in the natural color for a meeting. I don't wear dressy office shoes much anymore and these were perfect and very comfortable! The block heal was perfect in height. Only thing I wish is that it was a bit more pointed. Other than that these will be my quick grab for running to a "dressy" office meeting!
