Gorgeous Return
There is no denying the beauty of this DVF. Such a beautiful design, cut, and idea, so returning it is painful, indeed. However, the price of this garment leaves no room whatsoever for undesirable quality. I'm 5"6, I weigh 152 lbs, I wear a 38DD . I have to order XL sizes in dresses because nothing in traditional sizing fits my buxom chest. NOTHING . I got used to this a long time ago. I wear a size 9 pant or skirt in all brands. I have a 3 inch, brown, platform I would wear with this show stopper but the dress is so long it drags a complete 5 inces off my platform. Barefoot or a flat shoe isn't even an option. I will not pay an additional $100 or more to have a proper alteration. The dress online has a beautiful, amber colored bead at the end of the knot on the waist tie that matches the bead that holds the dress together at the neck, my dress came without those beads. For such an exquisite, summer frock and nearly $500 these details cannot be ignored. Too bad, all around.
