BEWARE

Once again after not learning my lesson the first time, Nordstrom sent me the wrong item. Their customer service is always the absolute worst with people who can barely speak English overseas customer service???? Why? Nordstrom didn’t help me resolve the issue. All they said was to make the return and reorder the bag, which means that now I have to pay $10 in shipping. I asked them to waive it for me, and the guy over the phone said he couldn’t. Last time I ordered from them, the same thing happened. I received the waiting item, and half my order was missing.

cute but not comfy

I really wanted to like these shoes but they are so painful between the toe. Even just wearing them for a few minutes, the second your food slides down it's so painful.
