Tulle overlay is odd & runs small
I so wanted to love this dress but did not. The tulle overlay is odd (it’s too much, feels a bit like a witch Halloween costume) & it runs small. I have never had an issue fitting in a medium but with this dress I did.

This dress looks even better in person. Beautiful sequin detail under black netting is gorgeous and really sparkles. I am wearing this to a black-tie optional wedding and it will be perfect. The fit is just like my other Dress the Population dress--tight around the bodice/bust area but I prefer that to a loose fitting top since I am just a b-cup

Absolutely beautiful dress…with a slight modification that is. The sequin detailing and colors are unique and so sparkly. I cut all of the tulle overlay off to show this stunning aspect of the dress. SO MUCH BETTER. I received a dozen compliments, and everyone was wowed by the detailing. Snug fit but pretty true to size. Deep V neck made finding a good bra tough…but I was able to go without do to the snug fit. The sequin was a little scratchy under the arms by the end of the night, but nothing intolerable
