We have emailed you a prepaid Fed Ex return label and packing slip to send the shoes back. It should arrive in your inbox momentarily but comes from a no-reply email so please check your spam and junk folders if you don't see it in your regular inbox. Re-package your shoes in the original brand box, include the packing slip inside, and tape the label to the outside of the box. If you have more than one item, each package should have a unique tracking label. We recommend visiting a FedEx location instead of a drop box as that may delay your delivery.
