Wrong Size
The description of the shoe is not accurate at all. I typically wear a size 11 in women. However this shoe is definitely a size 11 in Men’s shoe size. I am so disappointed because this shoe is beautiful. I even tried to buy a smaller size to no avail. They are sold.

no size fits.
I’m usually a women’s size 8, so I will go down to 7 US in docs for the loafers and Mary Jane’s. The 7 was huge! The 6 fit in length but then the strap on the top was too short to go over. Don’t buy, there isn’t a perfect fit

These shoes are marked as women's, but the size sent was the men's -- they are unisex and both sizes are on the box. So disappointed, they are beautiful shoes and I really liked them!
