Comfortable out of the box!
I'm finally revisiting Martens after some years, and I'm glad I have. This derby fits perfectly and is comfortable right out of the box, no breaking in. The robins egg blue with the black lug sole? Awesome and stylish. Love these shoes!

Love these shoes on my husband! They can be worn casual and dressed up. They are pretty chunky but I like that style. I’ve had them for about a year and they still look amazing and I can tell they will last many years.

Wonderful fit!
I used to wear Doc Martens years ago when I did hair in the 80's! I always loved them back then...they were always so comfortable and my feet didn't hurt wearing them all day and being on my feet! I hadn't worn a pair in years and I heard that they aren't anything like they used to be, and they were not comfortable anymore. Well, I was looking at Nordstrom.com and thought I would try a pair, cause I love this style! All I can say, is I was told wrong! These shoes still look great, they still fit great! I am very happy with these shoes! They are very comfortable! The size is spot on for me.....I usually wear a 10 or a 10 1/2. These shoes fit me perfectly! I was told wrong!!! These are just as comfortable as they were in the 80's and the quality of Doc Martens is still superb! When you first wear these, wear a pair of thick socks or a double pair. Just until you break them in. It won't take long! You will love these shoes!

Inappropriate sizing
My husband usually wears an 11.5. Bought the US men’s 12 for him first. They were so big that his heel slipped when walking and looked like clown shoes. Sent them back and got an 11. They are so small that his toe hits the front. What the heck, Doc Marten? It’s 2023. You can’t make half sizes?!

STANDOUT SHOE!!
The shoe is heavy at first until you get used to it. The width is pretty wide for my feet, which is narrow, so I wear thicker socks. They look very well with either black slacks or blue jeans.
