Good To Size Down
I usually wear a 7 or a 7.5 in other brands and a UK 5 in docs. I've tried on Docs in a UK 4 that were too small, but I took a risk and sized down for these. The UK 4 fits pretty well! A little tight on the toes but not enough to be uncomfortable. A little slip in the heel but the strap will contain your foot well. They definitely run large - these feel like a US 7 to me.
If you're a 7.5, I would take the risk and size down to the UK 4 in these as well.
