The fit is fine but the material is see-through and the fabric around the bust is layered and sewn in a weird way. The gathering from the neck to the bust is sewn in across the bust kind of diagonally and you can completely see the line it makes through the shirt. Layering a white cami underneath does nothing to disguise it. Super awkward for work.
