I love this brand because it delivers style at such an unbeatable price. I went with a Large, I am 5'9" and weight 180 lbs. I would not say exactly true to size because a lot of people my size would go with a medium, but I have wide shoulders and really look for the seam to be at my shoulders or an inch over.
