I wear a size 7 in shoes and got a medium based on the size guide. It not the wrong size per se but the edge of the shoe is hard. Additionally the slide style means you kind of push your foot forward when you walk. Because of this I personally wished I sided up. Comfy and not worth the hassle of a return, but for those initially buying I’d size up.

I have a l high instep. Although this is a great shoe, this is my second purchase. It did not work for me it was too large. The one prior was a medium and it was too small. I wanted these shoes to work for me. It made me feel very sad that neither of the purchases fit me. Not the fault of dearfoams.

I bought the shoe because of the review by someone who had a high instep. This is usually my issue with a shoe fitting; because I too, have a high instep. I bought the medium because usually in large dearfoams, my toes slide & touch the floor. I love that the shoe is adjustable. It also has a very comfortable footbed. So disappointing this didn't work out for me. Next time*sigh*I will get the larger size. I should have gone a size up.
