Batteries corroded upon arrival. Replaced them and product worked but this is unacceptable to purchase a new product with corroded batteries
Hopefully now that I put new batteries in it will work!

Infrared Thermometer
I make a sweet hot mustard recipe that has been in our family for well over 100 years.Having to work over a large very hot steam kettle and the strong mustard pungent smell is such a relief to get fast temperature reading.
