Cheap material.
The fabric feels and looks very cheap almost like a bed sheet. The fit is OK and true to size, but can't overlook the fabric. Also not lined and very sheer and shows everything underneath. Not at all what I was expecting.

Overall this was shapeless on me and the white material was sheer. You could see the pockets through the skirt so regardless of what you are wearing underneath it would not look good.
