Never received but still charged
I would have loved to give this as a gift, but instead of this bag Nordstrom sent me a crappy nylon duffle bag worth 29.97. I called customer service and they sent for a return tag but did not credit the full amount for this bag back to my account. Solid LOSE situation for Nordstrom as their customer service is not what it once was.
