Poor quality
I’ve owned my coat less than one year and the right sleeve has a tear in the seam of the black outer covering material. Also, the long second zipper unzips from the bottom if I take too large of steps, sit down into the car, or bend over. I’m 5’2” 103 pounds and I’m 59 years old. I’m already looking for a new coat for next winter. I’d never recommend this brand.

PREPARE FOR FEATHERS
Bought a black one in 2020 and discovered that the feathers/down were much happier leaving a trail wherever I went. The seams are not stitched well and I was covered in small white feathers all winter as they poked out from there and between the fabric. I contacted CH and was told I should 'speak to the retailer' ... because obviously a quality issue is the fault of the store where it was purchased. It's a beautiful silhouette, it's a lousy low-quality jacket.

okay I guess
Not the best parka I’ve ever owned. I’m keeping it because of hassle of returning. The Merlot color doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s pretty warm and heavy. Runs a bit smaller. I’m a hard medium. It was more like a small

Its not a good coat
This coat is the right length as its right below my knee which is important as I want to be warm in the winter. I am 5'2 (34B and narrow shoulders). I got XSP in Carbon (gray). However, if you put on a sweater, it becomes a little tight on top. I got SP as well but it run too big on me. So I ended up keeping XSP. Just be aware that if you are larger than 34B, do not get XSP. Also, the zipper came off after just a few times wearing this coat. So the quality is not great. The hood is also very hard to work with, its small and I have to hold it over my head so it does not fall off.

Absolutely Gorgeous!
This is by far the most incredible coat I've ever purchased. Its luxurious, smells like a down comforter, soft, comfortable, relaxing, and stunning. Cole Haan nailed it with this coat. Perfect for Michigan winters. I couldn't be happier. Wear this with any outfit except New Year's Eve formal.
