Great for narrow feet .
Saw a friend in these…she sent me the link and I ordered them to wear for a backyard wedding. I have narrow, thin feet. These fit beautifully. Easy to walk in . Held the front of my foot in place without sliding forward. Heel is very stable. Size 8.5 AA is my normal. Ordered 8.5. Good quality.

Ouch!
Thought these would be great for a wedding since loads of reviewers mentioned comfort and ease of wear. Ouch! These shoes were not comfortable or easy to wear for hours of standing and dancing. Didn’t have a chance to break them in, but was in awful pain even after an hour in them. Narrow toe area as well, ordered true to size. Not ordering Cole Hans again.

Runs small, size up!
Based on prior review, I ordered an 8.5 instead of my usual 8. The 8.5 fits perfectly, is well-made and comfortable to wear. My usual size definitely would have been too small.

Order half a size up
Unfortunately, this block heel was a half size too small and therefore was uncomfortable. I thought it'd feel like walking on clouds being a block heel by Cole Haan, but was disappointed. I returned these for a similar style by Michael Kors that was more comfy.

Perfect post-pandemic heels
I haven't worn heels in so long due to the pandemic. I had a wedding to attend and these were perfect to get me back into wearing "real" shoes again! I'm typically a 7.5 or 8, I went with an 8 and they were so comfortable--I wore them all night with no blisters.

Not suitable for medium wide feet
These are beautiful sandals for someone with narrow feet. They run small. So, if you are thinking to size down for summer type of shoe wear, these ones have to be purchased in your regular size. I wear 7.5 in boots, and 7 in sandals. I bought these in 7 and they were too small. The website states that the sandals are made with real leather, however, it doesn't feel like it to the touch, just be prepared for that. The block heel is perfect height in my consideration. The sole provides arch support.

Look closely at the buckle
The shoe was true to size, looked good but I returned it due to the buckle. It wasn’t the same material as the shoe. Appeared to be made of cloth, didn’t appear durable.
