GrandPro Crosscourt Traveler Sneaker (Women)

I placed an order for a pair of all-white sneakers and instead received shoes that were clearly used — stretched out, with scuffed soles and laces stained yellow and brown. It’s obvious they had been worn. When I called customer service, I was told they’d be “happy” to let me return them — as if they were doing me a favor for fixing their mistake. So after waiting over a week for this order, I’m now stuck with dirty, pre-worn shoes and the added hassle of repackaging and making a trip to the post office. Meanwhile, Nordstrom refuses to take responsibility, offer any credit, or even acknowledge the issue. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and not at all what I expect from a supposedly reputable retailer.
