Cheap scratchy pleather
The material this is made out of is so scratchy and I can’t even imagine wearing this shoe for any length of time. It will not soften since it’s not real leather. The support and wedge height are great but not the quality I expect of Cole Haan. Sadly they are being returned.

Nice heel, poor straps
The heel and style of the wedge is comfortable and easy to walk in, but the straps are a stiff material that nearly gave me a blister after one evening of wear. It is a nice looking shoe but I will be selective about when I wear them. These are not the quality I expect from Cole Haan.

Nice aside the strap too long
Bought size 8 in white they fit great Don't think I'd want to size down. However, the strap was too long so I took it to a shoe repair who added 2 holes and now perfect
